Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please the use the contact form in the menu to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, please securely package the item and include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship the item to the address provided by customer service.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returned items, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, minus any applicable restocking fee.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining a replacement or refund without any restocking fee.
